"Good location for all the city sights like British Museum, theatres. Room was spotlessly clean and had hairdryer and the bed was ok. plenty of hanging space and storage. Temperature was just right. Shower was a bit lukewarm and I was unable to change the temperature of the water. Didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that."

"The place is best for solo travelers. Room is small for shared. The bathroom is super tiny. Felt like going on a boat. Not sure why they didn't provide extra towels or hand towels. Bathroom floor kept getting wet. Our sick didn't drain properly. The lights kept flickering. TV was set to ADA which was odd. There is no phone in your room to request things. When you use the app. Its not easy. We asked for room service twice and they never came to clean. Especially because I was sick that day. No...
