Decent toiletries and linen and good shower and washroom. Staff were very helpful. The hotel food was excellent. Very good value. Would stay here again."

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were in Dublin for a couple of days before heading to the west of Ireland for a family reunion when my teenage son became ill and had to be hospitalized for a week. The staff found a room at the last minute for me and my daughter during peak tourist season, for which I’ll be forever grateful! The hotel is a short walk to public transportation and the neighborhood is wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we’re in Dublin!"

"This hotel is not on the busy street but with one minute walk, you can get to all the stores, restaurants and transportation. It's quiet at night. You have to pay for parking, but it's discounted by staying at the hotel, and it's only two minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the stay!"

"Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom but no mixer tap on the sink which was awkward when the hot tap was so hot and the cold tap was a bit stiff and difficult to turn off. Lovely food in the bar restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Great location.Overall very happy with the hotel and I would definitely stay there again."
