"The hotel is in a good condition, recently renovated. They should check the elevators, these are really slow and small for the quantity of people. In rush hours you need to wait up to 20 minutes to take, due to a full elevator. The Staff was very kind. However, I had problemas with the housekeeping services first night because the hotel didn’t schedule the clean to our room."

"Decent hotel - shared with AC Hotel. Access was a bit confusing as there is no clear big display to say it’s the hotel entrance (lobby of which is on 6th floor). Breakfast service is pretty basic - expected to have a bit more variety. Rooms are clean but the metrorail runs right next to the hotel and is very noisy in the early morning hours. Also one night the TV from next room was booming all night - very thin to no sound proofing between rooms."

"Although I had stayed at this location before and had an idea of what to expect it was not the conventional hotel having self check in. However parking was always a problem as my "assigned spot" was always taken. Also the bathroom faucets for the tub and shower were not really attached to the wall or very loose. However, they did comp me 2 days due to the inconvenience for my next visit."
