"Staff are polite and responsible. A female receptionist on duty helped my wife and myself book a taxi for our cruise trip. Accidently, I left my handbag, which contains our passports and credit cards, at the backseat of the taxi. When I found the problem ten minutes late, the taxi had long gone. We had another taxi back to the hotel. The lady comforted us and immediately called the driver. The driver confirmed the bag was still in his car. The story had a happy ending, surely due to the efforts of the lady. We are very very grateful to her!"
