"Nice hotel, very big. The room I was booked in smelt of smoke, but staff were very accommodating in moving me. Hotel decor a bit dated. Staff super friendly and helpful. We were there weekend of Newcastle United football celebrations so being right outside station it was very noisy all night up to 05:30am with lots of crowds outside, and even with closed windows we could still hear a lot. We had someone wake us up knock on our room door about 3:30am and kept knocking. Did not answer however...

"Great stay again at Newcastle Sleeperz when we arrived we were informed the the room had just been refurbished but was not ready for us. The management were extremely sorry and offered us free drinks while we waited which wasn’t very long and gave us time to relax. Also supplied us with a free breakfast the next day, very hospitable. The room was in great condition with brand new curtains and extremely clean as always. Large comfortable bed and compact shower area with good air conditioning....

"It’s not a quiet hotel what makes the hotel is the staff Rooms are small no fridge but I’m not marking down the hotel for this as the staff make the difference. Rooms are decorated well good sized tv If you going read this review it’s worth a visit if you like large rooms and not on the main road don’t book and leave a silly review. Staff make this hotel it’s compact but take note of the above. Close to everything you need without the huge price tag "

"Stayed for 1 night chose the hotel for the location and car park which were both good. It is around a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle but that is uphill. Check in/out was easy staff were polite friendly. Room was clean a good size. Would stay here again. "
