"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

"The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! The rooms are not large, really just a place to sleep at night, but have thoughtful design choices to accommodate luggage storage. "Fantastic team working there. Everyone was grand and friendly. Hotel was clean and loved the colors and uniqueness of the hotel. They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically. I hope other people were understanding and kind to the team onsite because they handled everything greatly."
