"Great stay in this city centre hotel - room was upgraded and very comfortable - the best hotel towels for a long time! Only gripe -parking is a 5-6 minute walk away (in the rain) Rooftop bar and terrace fab - look forward to returning in the summer"

"The hotel itself was very nice and enjoyable. The adjoining carpark however is a disaster. The elevator only stops on every 2nd floor and does not go to the lobby. We struggled with prams up and down stairs outmr entire stay. Again, the hotel itself is really nice "

"We liked the proximity to the city center, easy walking. Breakfast options were very good (and healthy). Staff were friendly and responsive. Parking was tight (limited number of spaces and very hard to get into a space). We couldn't make outgoing local calls from the room, and the tea kettle in the room had to be replaced. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would stay here again."

"Room was hot unable to turn heat down had to sleep with windows open unfortunately were right next to lights on front of building so was difficult to leave draies open to cool room"

"Very nice spacious room. Restaurant food was really good with a veried menu. Very large portions. All the staff my daughter and I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great location with a carpark. Highly recommend this hotel. Have stayed here previously and will definitely stay here again."
