"My family and I absolutely loved this B & B. Everything was done to a high standard, the staff were amazing and great with my two little ones. The food they do as well was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, just outside of Edinburgh. Carly, the owner is so lovely and friendly too. I honestly can't recommend this place enough! "Bit of a hidden gem this time of year. Great food options for both breakfast and dinner. Beautiful location and great staff. Accommodation is simple but more tham adequate. "

"Nice location but room needed an update. Very small bathroom and the sink was in the bedroom. We were only informed that no breakfast was available after we checked in even though we had requested breakfast when we booked. Overall disappointed with the hotel. "

"Lovely room clean and tidy. Put the heating on when i arrived as room was cold but soon warmed up.comfy bed only thing to suggest is changing the stair carpet as was not in the best condition."

"A decent hotel for a one night stay, clean and comfortable. Room was average sized but did find the bathroom extremely tiny! Breakfast was excellent and was also offered to be served in your room, which was a great way for having a sneaky lie in! "
