"Stayed here for 1 night in November. First impressions very good. Check in quick. We had a family room overlooking the sea, with the added bonus of a small portion of the Blackpool illuminations were viewable from our room. There is some free parking on the street just outside the front of the hotel, not much but we were lucky to get a spot, otherwise it’s £17:50 per day in the hotel car park. Our room had two double beds, a nice bathroom with a large shower. One comment there was only a small...

"When we arrived we were given a terrible room wardrobe broken chair broken not a nice room ,complained and was moved to a better room , couldn’t use shower as not disabled friendly no rails to hold on to .but was a better room, staff were lovely very helpful and friendly were really good with the dog , would stay there again but would ask for proper disabled friendly room"
