"Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This is a great alternative to the fantastic but more expensive hotels in the area. Rooms are comfy and clean with a nice view of the sea. The service was great and the breakfast included was an added bonus."

"Hotel was clean, food was good with generous portions. Staff friendly with one exception. The bloke on reception desk was more interested in the football match commentary on the radio than attending to guests. Other discrepancies evolved, all bar one where "to much trouble" for Mr. Attitude on reception. A two night stay ruined by the Attitude ofva single member of staff. "

"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the views are spectacular. Prices for eating are very reasonable. Easy to go for long walks on the promenade or the beaches. Close to other amenities, shops, etc. Surrounded by lovely countryside to go exploring."
