"The hotel is located right in the outdoor shopping area (T-Mobile center) with plenty of food and shopping. The hotel was in very good shape, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel-provided toiletries were also very high quality. I would definitely stay here again. Note that our cruise was leaving from the Pan American cruise terminal which is a very short Uber from this hotel. "The hotel was nice. Very clean, nicely decorated. The only issue that I had was that at the middle of the night the fire alarm started to sound. Went to the front desk to ask what happened since I didn’t see guests or personnel running outside, they just mentioned it was a misunderstanding or error without any apologies. If that would not happened, I would have sleep better that night. Nevertheless, the hotel has a good location. Also it provides parking which is a huge plus. "

No restaurant in the place or other thing more than a little caffe that closes at 3 pm with very few choices. I founded very safe, well located and the people in the front desk were very helpful .
