"The hotel looks lovely and is right on the beach front. I'm disabled with limited mobility and I was using crutches so id requested an easily accessible room as close as Possible. I was on the upper floor but there was a lift. I needed to get my things in from the car but wasn’t offered help until i had struggled to get it all to the reception, The reception did then offer to help take it to my room but didn't seem overly pleased about doing it. "This hotel is in a fantastic area for view's and bars and restaurants The hotel itself is a bit worn but rooms were clean and the entertainment in the evening was good we had a buffet breakfast which was 12.00 ea h but worth it and the breakfast dining room was spectacular Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in llandudno "
