"Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"We absolutely loved our stay. Check in was easy and we were lucky enough to have one of the car spaces outside. The staff were extremely helpful and really nice. We explored Conwy for the afternoon before returning for an evening meal. The food was amazing and service was excellent. We had breakfast the next morning which was 10/10 we really enjoyed it. The hotel allowed us to leave our car whilst we went to get our children a present. We will definitely return, the hotel itself was amazing and...

"We stayed in one of the Stable lodges in the annexe. It was ok adjacent to the main hotel. Breakfast was good but expensive. It is an ok place to stay."
