"Pleasant stay"

"Staff was nice but they prioritize guests in a manner in which they leave the first person they were attending to wait and be inconvenienced while they check in a party that walked in afterwards. Also, our keys kept “breaking” even though we had them isolated from all technology to avoid this. Hotel was very nice and clean. Parking is a bit of a hassle in the area."

"Carpets,bath tub and play room needs renovation, pool is ok with warm water.i hop is right in the lobby but open only for breakfast, easy checking in and out. Parking wide available no worries"

"Wonderful bed and pillows, and so close to everything yet was quiet for sleeping. We used the indoor pool and hot tub and sauna before we checked out which was so nice. All The staff were plentiful and very nice and pleasant. We would totally return to this hotel- and did I mention the free parking!"

"The hotel is older but beautifully remodeled. It is connected by indoor walking to souvenier shopping, the Hershey store, Casino, a food court, Starbucks, and the Hard Rock Cafe. There was an excellent view of the Falls from our room. The only 2 issues were the bathroom has a pedestal sink, so no counter space and the air conditioning blows very softly. We are hot natured and wanted it to be cooler, but it never did cool down anymore. Everyone on staff was very friendly."

"The room is dated and could use an update. Parking garage is very tight and loading unloading is not very convenient. We were almost blocked in by a van of guests who were loading in the parking exit."

"Clean, fresh, very quiet. Close to Brock University and the Hotel Dieu Shaver hospital. The bar/restaurant provided an easy way to bring a glass of wine and a small bag of munchies to my room as I arrived very late at night. The bar was still open though."
