"This was a perfect hotel for 2 of us. Exactly what I expected to stay at in Venice for the price point. Room was not large but did not need the space. Great area, away from the touristy spots but still lots of places to eat and have drinks. Short walk to the sights. Staff were very kind and helpful. "

"The hotel is based in an excellent location for exploring the city and is only 50 yards from the water taxi pick up / drop off. The property is clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bar is an added bonus to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely return. "

"This little property was off the beaten path but very close to Rialto Bridge. It was conveniently located around many restaurants. There was no elevator which was okay for me but I know could be a problem for many people. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning."

"Its an older hotel so the rooms are a bit small and even smaller bathrooms. However it is very clean, the staff is wonderful and helpful, close walk from Rialto water bus stop and in just a great location. "

"This property had no heating the temperature was down to 14 when I asked they said they don’t turn the heating on till end of October and it’s only half away. "Our stay at Hotel San Zulian was wonderful! We were greeted upon arrival at the hotel by a respectful gentleman at the front desk. Our room was spacious and very, very clean! The coffee we had in the morning was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!"
