"Check in was a bit confusing as you came in at the street level and had to go up to the next floor for the service desk. We got our keys, went to the room and it was adequate. The blackout drapes were amazing for weary travelers and even though we were near the airport, we heard nothing. Breakfast daily was good, the morning staff in the dining area were so sweet and cheerful, it started each day off with a great feeling! We weren’t far from all that we wanted to see, an Uber ride generally...
