There was an electric tea kettle and tea with biscuits available, and a large screen plasma television set. Multiple storage spaces. An ironing board and iron. When I had a problem with a clogged bath drain, a non-working phone, and water on the bathroom floor, they were resolved in minutes. "Beautiful hotel inside and out, customer service was excellent with help with check in and out. Able to leave your luggage there while you explore, as our flight home wasn’t til the evening so it was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were very ideas. Tram is literally outside the hotel so easy access to get into the city and Ubers can park right outside so you don’t need to walk far to meet them. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
