"Lovely clean hotel, good location and nice rooms. We paid for breakfast which is all table service… however service was shocking. There was a group 6 of us but both mornings the order was wrong. And the second morning my own breakfast arrived 20mins after everyone else. No apology. Coffee machine went down too so only filter coffee. Poor from a good hotel. "

"We wanted a central location and you couldn’t get a better location. No need for taxis. 15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations and 10 minutes from Grafton Street. It’s a lively area and the hotel left us ear plugs but we didn’t need them. The staff were lovely but we didn’t eat breakfast so can’t review the food. The only thing we had an issue with was the shower was freezing and not very good. Otherwise a nice overnight trip. Denise "
