"Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."

"Great place to layover in Heathrow. Very close to the airport, there's a shuttle (that costs money), so if you are more than 1 traveler taking a cab or Uber is actually cheaper. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved the place and will definitely use it next time we need to"

Although the check in security deposit taken took 12 working days to refunded back after being told on check out its maximum 3 days to be refunded. The hold on this is definitely too long. For this reason I would not stay here again. Used the restaurant, nice food and clean, some staff friendly some felt like they couldn’t be bothered. Rooms mostly clean and tidy but stains on bathroom worktops, these definitely need...

"As a place to stay on our last night on holiday the hotel is well coated for Heathrow. The room was clean, well appointed and while the prices for drinks and snacks weren’t cheap, we were able to eat and have a relaxing last night before our flight. The breakfast was very good - and whoever runs the hotel knows their stuff - the service from all staff we interacted with was friendly and professional. "

"Great stay for Heathrow. Rooms are clean comfy and cheap. Easy to get to and from airport either regular bus or taxi. Bar and restaurant downstairs but also lots of delivery food options. Would stay again. "
