"The hotel is very nice overall. There is a shuttle from the airport with a round trip at £12. Cheaper than a taxi. The lobby, restaurant, bar area, and lounge are fairly chic. Makes you feel luxurious even if you’re travelling for business. Most importantly, the room was immaculately clean and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Slept soundly. It was a bit cold temperature-wise, even with the heat on—but turning the heat off, actually raised the temperature by several degrees—just by keeping the lights on for a couple of hours. The staff was not very friendly— a bit snobbish, really, but they did what was needed. Plenty of restaurants to order from around there—a good thing, because the menu is expensive and limited."

"The hotel was perfect for our needs. Stayed here overnight before taking an early morning flight to Edinburgh. Taking the pod from terminal 5 to the hotel was very easy and convenient. Hotel room was clean and comfortable."
