"Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. "The staff have been exceptional. Kylie assisted us with our tours and transport. Susan assisted us with a medical issue and not only took us to the Pharmacy but also helped with the translation. All the staff have been great from the door to the roof top bar. Breakfast was included and was not only a lovely dining environment but also had a great view.
