"Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool."

Mike at the front desk took care of everything and moved our reservation to the correct dates without us having to pay for another reservation. Katy took care of all of our tours for us and arranged a great and convenient hotel for us in Sapa and Ninh Bình.
