"The staff in Solaria are a dream (especially Lily)! What a fantastic experience it was. No question or request was too little or too much for them and they gave us tips for our Ha Long Bay cruise. They helped organize our airport transfers; we had checked out a day before our cruise and they were happy to store our luggage while we were away (they even gave us some fruit and water for the journey to the marina). When we came back, we had a city tour and we were able to freshen up in their shower room and when I decided to get a facial, they honoured the guest spa discount event though we were technically no longer guests. Amazing! The bed was a little firm for our personal preference and they got a mattress topper for us. MIAs restaurant downstair was also fantastic! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Hanoi - it's a small boutique hotel that packs a great punch and makes you feel like VIPs. This is hands down the top, most hospitable hotel we have ever had the pleasure to experience, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hanoi. "

"This hotel was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old quarter and only a stroll away from everything, we loved it. We were able to get connecting rooms, with a little corridor that we could lock off , so we were all together. Hanoi is a very busy place it can be quiet overwhelming, especially with young children, so to have the comfort and peace of this hotel was needed at the end of a very busy day. The manager Jimmi was very helpful - he even sent on a bag we had left behind - the other staff members were so friendly. They did not push us to book tours with them and were very helpful in suggestions for restaurants etc. The breakfast staff were lovely and the food was great - the kids loved the banana/ chocolate pancakes. Thank you to the staff once again , we really enjoyed the stay at this great little hotel. "

"The oriental Jade was a great place to stay. Reasonable rates, great food and service. Jonathan, our concierge arranged a car to the hotel for us as well as late checkout and got us dinner reversions at a very popular restaurant. They provide a list of places they suggest visiting. The location was perfect right next to the lake and the French quarter. "
