The location is superb, just a short walk from all the major attractions in New York City, making it ideal for exploring everything the city has to offer. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views overlooking the skyline and city below. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight in itself. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Cyril at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that made all the difference. He was always ready with helpful suggestions and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect.
