"We really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff. The only problem we had was we booked the hotel for the convenience to the Underground Tube station as well as they had a "sky bar". We tried to go to the Bar, but were told there was a private party, so we were denied entrance. That was very disappointing; however, my husband and I were each given a complimentary cocktail in the restaurant bar. We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the hotel was lovely.
