"Overall, I liked the hotel. Clean, modestly outfitted. High points were complimentary Nespresso coffee at the lobby, washing machine dryer inside rooms with detergent, dishwasher and kitchenette. Swimming pool, workout gym, hot spa, and sauna room. Close to light rail trains, Chinatown/Haymarket district, and Darling Harbour. Only downsides: slow elevator and lots of elevator repair going on. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs one day just to go to our rooms. TV was non-operational. Internet...

"Tank Stream is in a good, central location. Our room was, as expected, on the small side but totally fine for our short stay. It was undergoing some reception renovation during our stay but no big hardship. Only one minor issue was the restaurant, which seemed to have lost my booking and could also not serve several menu items. Would recommend the hotel though."

"The hotel was clean & new. I have one complaint - the room is dark. It’s dark & gloomy. The bathroom was also poorly lit so girls, you can’t put your make up at all. My room didn’t have a microwave. My sister’s room had one but it didn’t work. Funnily, the foyer & lift was very bright. Overall, the bed was comfy, linen clean, bathroom clean. "

"Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station.
