"Great location for families visiting USJ. Easy walk to the park, Universal Citywalk, yhe airport bus limousine, and the train. Our room was clean and the staff were all helpful and kind. You won't be able to check in early, but you can leave your baggage there safely and explore the area while you wait. Also conveniently located near the ferry terminal to visit the aquarium across the bay. Overall, this was a pleasant stay for our family and I would recommend the property to friends. "

"I have great experience with this hotel. Great services and also thank you Ricardo for helping us during our stay. Location is perfect. Walking distance to dontobori, namba stations and market. We traveled to other cities and the hotel stored our luggages, that helped us a lot not to carry big luggages back and forth.
