"Great location! Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays. One issue I had with the room was the bathroom door was...

"The overall service of the hotel is good except the soundproofing of the room needs improvement. Noises from trains and traffic passing by the hotel were heard inside the room. Furthermore, we were assigned a connected room so noises generated from the adjacent room could sometimes be disturbing."
