"Overall, it has good Hilton quality for the price. The rooms are a bit smaller, but the staff is helpful and accommodating. My electric kettle wasn't working; these are the types of mishaps that can happen with any establishment, and how you value it is by the response to the problem when reported. The front desk was very responsive and provided a quick alternative given the time-crunched situation I had. "

"Very nice hotel close to Heathrow. Beautiful design, nice perk of having a health club/sauna/steam room/ pool. Room was large, efficient, and nice. Bed was okay and pillows honestly sucked. I'd highly recommend they be replaced. Had a margharita pizza from the hotel bar/lounge. It was tasty but $20? Come on. There is no free shuttle to or from to Heathrow- You will pay about $9 USD for a five minute ride that also stops at other hotels. You practically pay to breathe anywhere around London...

"This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."

"We have stayed at this hotel before and love its position right by the Thames and Eton Bridge, with all that Windsor has to offer within easy walking distance. The staff are the most helpful we have ever encountered. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. I should however say that we did not particularly like the room we were allocated, which was ground floor with a view through thick net curtains of a back street.
