"The only bad thing I can say about our stay was that there was only 1 pillow each on the double bed. Normally, in every other hotel I have stayed in, there has either been 2 pillows each or 1 pillow each but 2 spare pillows somewhere in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't find another pillow so I thought it would be ok, however, I woke at 2am with back pain, so had to use a folded towel to put under my pillow, which helped a little."

"The staff are amazing and very accomodating we had an issue with the inital room allocated but it was resolved very quickly. The reception staff and the duty manager on shift were very kind and understanding."

"Spacious, with plenty of storage and spotlessly clean . Lots of sockets , hairdryer and even a torch . The bed was comfortable with a nice soft duvet. Room could be heated to your own personal preferences . Access to a lovely pool. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. "The hotel and rooms are of a high standard and the staff is kind and helpful. Aston Uni is across the street which seems a good place for a walk. Three things to be aware of: 1. If you have perfume sensitivities, the lobby and bar are treated with a perfume which can be a problem for you. We tried to move through quickly to minimise our bodies’ reactions. 2.
