"This hotel was perfect for spending a night within London and not being too expensive. Decoration is fantastic and the room was ideal. Comfy bed and there was a bath and a shower in our bathroom, which was good. The only thing I would say is the shower temperature was lukewarm because they have a lock to make it hotter. I did inform reception so hopefully they will speak to management to get this looked into, otherwise great stay and would recommend."

"The hotel was lovely, staff very welcoming, booked a superior room which was small but nice and had everything we needed. A nice refreshing drink on arrival was a nice surprise and the breakfast although not included in the room rate was very good value and delicious."

"It was a boutique style hotel , small but quiet . The only thing I didn’t like was they had us to pay additional fee for extra bed for my 8 years old daughter,but never provided extra bed !!! I was not happy to pay this fee as we had already prepaid through Expedia for our stay . The breakfast was OK , it was not a buffet with not mush options . "

The buffet offered an excellent choice of foods but was not personal and quite cramped. Our room bathroom had no rails for towels and only two hooks (for the robes). We had to leave our towels and face cloths on the roll-top bath but these were taken by the turn-down maid and not replaced; not good when you...

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...
