"this hotel was absolutely amazing. they gave me and my husband a free upgrade for his birthday. just the relaxing staycation we needed. the room was beautiful and very clean. the washroom came with a heated toilet, standing shower and a beautiful tub. the tv had Netflix installed which was so convenient. the led mirror was such a cool feature as well as the button controlled curtains. this hotel will definitely see us again! 10/10 experience. "Our reservation was changed at the last minute, and this wasn't the unit or even the building that we had reserved. The bed was not very comfortable, and there was no reading light in the bedroom or top sheet on the bed. The unit was very sparsely furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were not very clear, especially when given last minute info on the phone while driving in downtown Toronto looking for a parking lot."
