The building is very impressive but it’s a bit too old school for me, and could do to modernise a bit. The bar area is very small and situated near the front door. "So wonderful I booked here for location I’m disabled and have stayed before so I new it had a lift unfortunately for me the lift was out of order so I struggled up the stairs to be told we had a family room witch was on the top how ever the manager sorted it all out with know fuss and gave us 2 rooms next to each other they couldn’t of done anything more to make our stay better thank you we will be back he even told us about how his mum decorated the rooms the sinks are amazing "

"Lovely concept however couple of disappointing factors where that our heating was not working and the room was cold however they gave us a couple of portable heaters! Some of the furnishings where worst for ware, velvet was coming away. We was in room 9 and there was alot of outside noise and about 5am someone smashed glasses outside our room then could hear it being cleaned up then righjt behind our room must have been building work and could hear a drill about 8am and van doors slamming and...
