"What an absolute gem of a hotel! A beautiful building inside and out. Great staff who are friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. Gorgeous decor in the public areas. Our room was across the road which was easy to get to due to the pelican crossing right outside. Don't be put off by this, it's absolutely fine! The room was a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs. The room was freshly decorated, spotlessly clean. The bed was super-comfy with lovely smooth sheets and soft...

"Horrendous stay - received a voicemail mid-stay to say we had to move out the hotel as they were closing with immediate effect (mid afternoon during the 2nd day of a 3 night stay). Knowhere near a 5* hotel though prior to this. Bottle of Vodka within the mini bar in our room had been opened and half drunk. Lipstick all over one of the glasses within the room. Flawed layout in the floor meant the shower door was always leaking on the floor (in the hall of the room). "

"This apartment was beautiful, location superb. The decoration of a very high standard like a luxury hotel. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely stunning! We loved this beautiful apartment and wished it had not been a flying visit! The cleanliness is immaculate and the overall feel is very warm and inviting! "It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia.
