"The hotel was fine for a one night stay. Observed that most of the other guests were business people. The one disappointment was not being able to access the roof bar. It’s open to the public and hotel guests don’t appear to have any preferential booking status. The ground floor bar is relaxed and has good food at hotel prices and pleasant staff. "

"Once I got there the staff were terrific. Prior communication by phone was hopeless. Call centre somewhere, limited English, business hours only. Quoted me $80 more than Wotif. "

"Thouroughly enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt, the room was clean and tidy. The room was quiet and had no issue with outside noise. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was that I had to pay for a bottle of water!!!"

"We had a show at the state Theatre on our night stay. It was so convenient, we just had to cross market street. The only thing I could mention was the parking As we had trouble stopping in front , as it was too congested to stop and we had to go around twice before there was a spot to stop. Apart front that it was an excellent stay."
