" A surprisingly affordable semi-luxury hotel on central park south. Great location. Very friendly staff, rooms were simple but clean and modern. Very crowded on a holiday weekend with the lobby packed with people and stored luggage. But no one goes to NYC to sit in a hotel room. Great value and great location. I would definitely return. "

"The property is very classy and well located. Neverthe less front desk staff is super slow (either the staff or the hotel's software) it took one hour to check in and the rooms were ready well after 4pm. The blind of our room (1625) couldnt be raised, we reported but nothing happened."

"The street/garage parking across the street from the hotel was incredibly convenient and the Stinger (in hotel restaurant) had incredible service and food. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. Great stay. "

"Great location, 9 min walk to Times Square, 4 min walk to Bryant Park. Rooftop very nice and warm during winter! Rooms spacious compared to other rooms in NYC. Live jazz at the bar near the lobby is a plus. We will probably come back again."

Close to shopping and a couple blocks from Metro. Walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. For a 5 star hotel, the room showed quite of bit of wear and tear. "
