"Room was nice but very very hot and uncomfortable at points during night. Breakfast was disappointing as breakfast stotties ordered and one was cold and the other was half empty. Also coffee machine was not working and it was noted to make americano but it was very watery and they wouldn’t provide a caffietere or pot of tea which they used to. Service at this point was disappointing as they noted they didn’t want to make the coffee. "

The room was gorgeous, the bar was fantasy and visit The Keeper restaurant for a more relaxed evening which was excellent. Thank you to the team for making the pre Christmas break so fabulous! "
