"Staff service was fantastic, the rooms were good, however I was in a handicap room which wasn't a problem but due to the way the hotel is structured, again a good thing, the handicap room is closest to the reception area so at night and morning there was a relative constant footfall of guests passing the room, not being noisy but not being quiet either. potentially could do with additional soundproofing for this room."

"Booked a family room in last minutes. Was bit skeptical reading some review but to our surprise it was quite a good deal we would say honestly. Room was clean. Bathroom was decent. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. They don't have hot food but you can get burger king, subway, starbuck and WHSmith literally 2 min walk from the hotel. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance.
