"Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."

"Staff service was fantastic, the rooms were good, however I was in a handicap room which wasn't a problem but due to the way the hotel is structured, again a good thing, the handicap room is closest to the reception area so at night and morning there was a relative constant footfall of guests passing the room, not being noisy but not being quiet either. potentially could do with additional soundproofing for this room."

The staff are very friendly , zoe waited on at breakfast at both mornings she went out of her way to check we were happy , full and nothing was too much trouble , such as assettto have on board . The room was clean and tidy , fresh tea and coffee daily , fresh towels daily , biscuits daily , shower gel , hand wash , powerful hairdryer , good solid walls , no noise , perfect all round "

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. "The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."
