"My boyfriend and I enjoyed 3 nights here during Día De Los Muertos. I’ll start with the good stuff: 1. Amazing location right next to the zocalo (of course, It’s in the name) 2. Super trendy hotel 3. Daniel and Antonio were very helpful and very kind during our stay 4. Cafe offers complimentary snacks and beverages. So nice! Cons: 1. "Room and bathroom is dated. But very clean and comfy bed. Air conditioning cooled but it didn’t seem to get cold enough. Food at club level was mediocre and additional servers were needed as we never had a 2nd coffee poured or even asked if we wanted wine. Food was never replaced fast enough leaving at times nothing to chose from even though they were far from closing. Would stay here again, but would hope they would work on these services. "

"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."
