Staff members are always smiling and greeting you when encountered. Service was also great, always respectful, great with advice and answers. The hotel is clean, easy to find what you need and nicely situated (near the beach and shops, close to a pick up spot for activities and many more). I would chose this hotel again if I ever return to Ohau.

As always the Queen Kapiolani staff provided an excellent Hawii’an experience - so welcoming, supportive and with great tips. We visited three times in three weeks and will be back. Mahalo
