They did not reply to my numerous emails and kept asking me to send more emails when I called to share my concerns. "It eas a blessng to have stayed so close and be able to pray inside the room. The bathrooms were a bit weird as the shower space was not made well and too small. Also, not being to able to have uber drivers pull up to the entrance was a hassel as our luggage had to be dragged almost 1Km away when checking out. We really looked forward to the gym as there is a button on the elevator indicating it but when we went there there was only offices and we were told it’s being refurbished with no sign of this being done. "Really nice rooms, helpful staff, but it’s quite a decent walk to the haram with a lot of stairs/escalators to navigate. There is a shuttle that leaves regularly and takes you a bit closer, but do not recommend for those who have any difficulty walking long distances"

"Very good location. The hotel is only around a 5 minute walk from the haram (8-10 minutes to the masjid gate 114). Lots of toiletries provided in the room and daily replenishment of water bottles. The buffet breakfast was very good with many options and custom fried eggs/omelettes made by the chef.
