"Thought the buildings and character were fab, facilities were actually good but it was all dragged down by a rather overwhelming smell in the cottage..... damp , slightly urine smell, musty needs a good deep clean. Such a shame because the quality of the cottage was otherwise good. Can’t really see how this scored a gold rating when the smell was soooo bad.
