"The location was very good & the hotel provided a parking permit for the pay & display car park across the street. Room was small which was fine but the en suite bathroom is not even a little bit sound proof so doesn't leave much to the imagination! The water pressure for the shower wasn't great & the water stopped intermittently whilst in the shower. Breakfast was nice but limited to full English, salmon & scrambled eggs or pancakes with maple syrup. "

"Lovely building and lovely room. 2 adults 1 child in bedroom 2. Large room with small ensuite shower, toilet and sink. Situated in a lovely street, can be a bit noisy at night with the pub but not enough to annoy us. Will definitely stay again. "

"This was a slightly more expensive guesthouse than we normally book which is definitely reflected in the room, which was beautiful. Cleanliness was top notch, noted especially by how fresh it smelled which was lovely. The bed was comfortable but I must say the pillows were too hard for us. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down as it was quite small but there was a lot of choice in the buffet extras. We did have the room next to the front door as well which was quite loud at times.
