"The people we saw on arrival were very friendly and the room was generally clean. My only feedback is that the bathroom needs a shelf as there was nowhere to put toiletries, the shower gel/shampoo was empty as I found after I had got into the shower which, was a little annoying, there were a few patches of black mould around the shower which, needs removing and the dividing walls between the rooms need acoustic insulation as we could hear every word from the room next door especially as they had...
