"The location of this property is fantastic. In a vibrant area, with easy access to other parts of the city. Staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant in the property is always busy with a good atmosphere. We had a 3rd floor room facing Clark St. The bed was very comfortable, and was spacious enough. "

"We arrived at the hotel at about 11 AM. We checked our luggage free of charge which was nice. I decided to go upstairs to see if we could check in early. They did check us in early, which was super nice beautiful hotel very comfortable bed large bathroom we are on the 18th floor facing Michigan Avenue with a beautiful view. Front desk clerk was excellent offered many options for dining to us. Unfortunately, the bar area is closed on Sundays. That was the only downfall that I can say about this place beautifully decorated, and the entire staff was super friendly from the doorman to the security guard. Excellent location for shopping, dining, and hanging out downtown."
