"We had a perfectly good stay at the Dog and Partridge, but the accommodation didn’t transpire to be what we expect. We were anticipating a cozy room, in a country pub setting but, in reality, the D&P offers good value, chalet-style family rooms, each with it’s own car port, in a large area behind the pub itself. The pub itself has a nice enough bar, and offers fair evening meals, with a home-cooked feel, and a very good continental breakfast selection, or cooked options for just £6 extra. This...

"Such a beautiful and relaxing setting. A quiet ambient indoor setting to and furnished well. The food was adequate at breakfast and the evening meal was good. An improvement would be better quality pillows as the ones provided where flat and uncomfortable. "

"I spent two nights hear so saw lots of different staff and they was all amazing. I had the single room which is probably only a few inches off been a double, so great. I had two evening meals which were both fantastic and also fantastic value for money. But the breakfast is the show stopper for me. If you like a full English you will love this hotel"
