"The facilities, food and staff were wonderful. The only down points were our room was cold and the radiator and heating didn’t seem to work when we adjusted the thermostat. Also our details were leaked in a security breach and no apology was offered. I do believe they will have improved their security in response to this so it’s more just an annoyance for those effected than something that new customers need to be concerned about."
