Discover Ayr from our lovely apartment. We are a second floor apartment overlooking the famous historic Ayr Town Hall. This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.

The best that historic Ayr has to offer is right on our doorstep. In the heart of Burns' country, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and harbour, a stones throw away from the High Street shops and plenty of excellent local restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. Ideally situated for Ayr Racecourse, and the many famous golf courses that Ayrshire has to offer, including Turnberry and Royal Troon.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge with ice box, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs, books and free internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
Travel cot available on request.

In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside table.
The second bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard and a bedside table.

There is one bathroom which has a good size shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Complimentary tea and coffee is provided. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more comfortable.

There is no allocated parking space for the property.
On street parking (directly outside the property) -free from 1pm Saturday -8am Monday then parking charges apply from Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm - £2 for 2 hours. There’s a first two hours free parking offer on at the moment. See parking meters for instructions.  Charlotte Street car park offers 24 hours parking for £3 for 24 hours(5 minute walk)
Free parking in nearby leisure centre car park (8 minute walk) or on the promenade (11 minute walk).

Nice apartment terrible alley entryway

Hard to describe the dirty narrow alley that leads to the winding concrete stairs up to apartment. After the shock of the entrance the apartment was clean and very nice.

Extremely clean and cosy

This property was very clean. I love having white bedding / towels because you can see that they are clean! There were nice touches - a pint of milk in the fridge, a selection of biscuits. The decor is tasteful and attractive.
