"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Sam and all the staff were so friendly. The service was excellent and perhaps the best we have ever had in a hotel. It’s in a very convenient area close to transport - trams, buses, ferries. Great selection of places to eat too. Our room was large for 3 people. Beds very comfortable. We were only a few tram stops away from the touristy areas. Only negative was the bathroom - it was dated and the shower was tiny."

"The owners were incredibly friendly, they gave us free water and coffee. The apartment is very good, especially the one with a balcony on the top floor is amazing. "The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I could reach them via text on WhatsApp for directions when I was away, or for recommendations.
